I have to give this grater only four stars due to a design flaw. Even more on that later, but first, the good news:
-- The primary cause I was so happy to locate this greater is that the two primary grating surfaces are COARSE and MEDIUM, not COARSE and FINE like virtually every other grater in the planet. Why not additional MEDIUM graters? I do not know. All I know is that I choose to use a medium grater for most everything, and this is 1 of the rather, rather couple of MEDIUM graters (there's also one known as "the Better Grater", which is quite cool but is not as sturdy as this one particular and falls apart as well conveniently.)
-- Yes, it's major. My other box grater fits comfortably inside this a single. Which tends to make storing the two together rather handy, actually. Anyway, a bigger grater signifies more grated cheese far more immediately, proper? I like the size just fine, but don't count on to stick it in the back of your silverware drawer...
-- Seems built like a tank. I am certain it will final a long time.
