Consumer Critiques

Honestly beautiful on the stove. The shining, sloping sides add a especially sophisticated and sophisticated air. Incredibly rapid and even heating. Handles keep cool. Just all around a good cookset! We practically didnt get it for 2 concerns: we were concerned the handles would get also hot (they keep cool!) and challenging cleaning ..we were looking for non-stick (these nevertheless clean rapid and easy with a swipe of a brillo pad). We've because realized that non-stick would wear out in 5-7 years but with no it...these should really final almost forever! Fantastic purchase.

Update: 4 years later and I still adore the set! They work terrific. They are holding up nicely. No matters at all.

This cookware is marvelous! I bought it just after going by way of my second set of anodized nonstick that did not stay nonstick. I wish they had alot more pieces readily available that match. I've currently bought the saute pan and the roaster separately. Unfortunately, I had to get a nonmatching KitchenAid saucier.
I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about the sloping sides at first. But they've grown on me -- they work. The lids do not get as hot as other pans I have.
It heats evenly and holds the heat forever. They're painless to clean - a few minutes soak for the worst mess functions - and you can use brillo pads. You can use metal utensils (wisks, spatulas, SPOONS) in it. Folks, there is a cause that you never ever see the true chefs on Food Network utilizing nonstick!
But for me personally, the very best was when my mother-in-law came to remain for a few weeks and realized she had created a mistake paying large bucks for her All-Clad set.
