Consumer Evaluations

Red color matches my wife's other KitchenAid stuff - and that was the most beneficial issue about this tool.
Lightweight plastic - nowhere close to as sturdy as it looks in the picture.
Attempted this on an onion - and located that my old straight grater did a Significantly improved job. Grater grid is way also fine for soft foods.

The particularly very first time I applied this grater, although grating parmesan, the silver knob fell off in my hand. Bad sufficient as this is on its own, I then identified the screw that held the knob in my food (in my mouth, to be additional precise)! Luckily I wasn't hurt and did not swallow it, but this is just a horrible product knowledge and even though hopefully mine was a fluke, I wouldn't suggest that everyone else take the opportunity in this grater.
