Customer Evaluations
Having the Kitchenaid do all the cranking is great - and the Spaghetti maker in fact makes ROUND spaghetti, not just tagliatini sort tiny flat noodles.
NOTE for those that say the attachments turn and go about, read the instructions. YOU HAVE to insert if far sufficient into the mixer so that the tiny pin on the pasta maker fits into the notch close to the tightening screw. IF you do not do that, it will go around and around.
The Ravioli maker was a surprise, it is manual, but I guess that makes sense, That is the one particular I have not utilised but.
For typical pasta, this set is a dream. The ravioli maker, even though, is a total piece of junk. Distinctive pals and I have attempted to make ravioli with it on four distinct occasions. It shreds the dough and wastes all the fillings. Right after I purchased it, I went back to read the critiques and there were dozens of critiques attesting to the exact same problem, not a positive critique amongst them for the ravioli maker. Wonder what happened to all those negative evaluations?
For rolling out and cutting flat pasta, this is a outstanding set. But, unless you require a different door cease, don't order the set that consists of the ravioli maker.
