Well, I'm sorry to say that my Emeril pans from Calphalon finally failed. You know, the non-stick flakes off and adds that extra burst of chemicals to your food?! So, I bought this set and have been extremely thrilled with them. I do need to have to mention that the exterior is fairly thin, therefore producing them really bendable which I think is very weird for Kitchenaid. Yes, I am a Kitchenaid gal and like most of their items. The core is these are just excellent - perfectly cooked food every single time and nothing ever burns - even on a cheap stove! Pretty, particularly pleased and they're inexpensive enough so that if they do decide to check out on me, they're quickly replaced. Very suggest!

These are incredibly nicely made pans. They have a rather difficult teflon like surface. Nothing sticks! They are brilliant. This is my initially time using the anodized cookware and I am sold on them. I want to add significantly more to my kitchen. The old type surfaces begin to flake off immediately after a brief time. I was concerned about the wellness hazards from foods becoming cooked on these flaking surfaces. I typically had to replace my pans immediately after only a year. I hope to get a lot way more time out of this cookware. The handles on the pans are shaped to be comfy in your hand and do not get hot. So, no potholder needed.
