Client Evaluations

I purchased this mainly because the paddle that came with my 6qt KitchenAid mixer is NOT dishwasher safe but this one particular is. I like how it scrapes the sides of the bowl to get much better mixing. Prior to I had to scrape down the sides considering that, of course, the metal paddle does not touch the sides. So far it is held up properly and I will in no way go back to the other one particular.

This is a big improvement over the beater attachment delivered with my Kitchenaid 6-qt pro mixer.
In fact the mixer is useless to me without having the SideSwipe.
Two drawbacks:
1) Cleaning is a chore. It really is difficult to eliminate all the batter from the fins.
two) Plastic beater is very fagile. I discovered out the difficult way.
