Customer Critiques

I am quite pleased with this tea kettle. I was hesitant immediately after I read some critiques that indicated it poured sloppily and dripped. I trust KitchenAid so I bought it anyway. I do not know if these users were trying to pour by way of the whistle hole or why they had trouble. I open the whistle top more than the spout (it has a silicone covered lever) and have had absolutley no problem pouring from this tea kettle. It heats water rapidly and pours easily with no dripping and has a excellent warranty. It also comes in outstanding colors!

I've had this kettle for about a year now and it looks so very good on my stove. The manage stays cool and I like the small spout lid flipper. No burned fingers removing the whistler as on my old kettle. When pouring water, it does tend to splatter, but I've identified if I wait a short time, then pour, that doesn't happen.
