These are fantastic for folks with week hands or discomfort in their hands. The shape applies all the force to the cutting edge making chopping/cutting a breeze. Kitchen Help is great as well.
The item cuts and does relieve some of the wrist action of chopping, but not as much as I had hoped. I still really feel that it was worth the invest in cost.
