These prep bowls are totally excellent. I like them considering that they have lids, so I can prepare ingredients hours prior to I am essentially going to finish working on the recipe. This is vital for me with two fairly active and demanding toddlers running about. I also like the sizes that these come in, they are pretty handy. It is also great that they are nested for uncomplicated storage. I make homemade bread and the 4 cup size is the a single I use most for measuring the flour. It is also handy for measuring the chocolate chips for fudge and other delicious vacation treats. These prep bowls are tough to find, so order them now even though you can.
I only wish that they had been less complicated to dry and towel off, specially the lids. I quite often have to leave them on the counter or dish drainer to dry off for a though right after they come out of the dishwasher. This modest inconvenience did not warrant a subtraction in the stars, so I nonetheless awarded these crucial prep bowls 5 stars. In fact, I believe I am going to purchase two far more sets.
Wow! I've purchased a couple sets for storage of veggies and fruits! What a turn about... I've generally had bowls like from Tuperware exactly where the lids were tough to fit and from time to time in no way fit. These the lids fit like a charm and are a marvelous item. I also have the mathing mixing bowls too!
