Dont use this unless you are actually prepared for the cream or merangue. It has the capability to whip three instances as rapidly and even produces greater outcomes general. Properly worth the capital to upgrade.
Surely an improvement on the model included with the expert series mixers. I ended up buying this due to the attachments on my mixer going through the dishwasher (oops) I was pleasantly surprised that, in addition to being specifically what I required (a replacement whisk) that the shape and design of this whisk was a good upgrade. In spite of the size, it does a fine job whipping even smaller quantities of cream (or anything else you throw at it), and doesn't slow down with bowl-filling monstrosities.
I'm not convinced it really is worth buying just as an upgrade to the OEM whisk, but as a spare or replacement, the piece is top-notch.
